Shipping & Transit Delay

Due to the evolving Covid-19 situation, domestic shipping carriers have received an influx in shipping volume lending to short carrier delays. We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in checkout. With each and every order, we provide an order tracking number for you to follow your shipment from our distribution center to your front door.

Shipping

We do our absolute best to ship any orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 pm PST that same day. Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Chino, CA. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holiday. 

Free shipping is available on orders over $75 shipping to a U.S. address only. You must select this option at checkout. Shipping charges are not refundable.

    U.S. Returns & Exchanges

    We offer free 30-day returns on all U.S. orders from melinbrand.com. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging. We issue refunds to the original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of arrival, and an email confirmation will be sent.

    International Orders

    Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout.

    All sales are final for international orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
