Melin utilizes multiple order shipping methods. In house, we ship anywhere in the United States, including the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via different shipping providers. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your Tracking number. BOX/APO FPO ADDRESSES:Unfortunately, MELIN will not deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address but they may be used as a billing address if need be. PLEASE NOTE: Melin does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, California. Melin also has very specific order fulfillment agreements with our top 100 VIP Retail partners and may submit your online order to one of our affiliates for the shipment of your order. If this is the case, our customer service team will still oversee the shipment from entry to ship day and be sure that your orders are being quickly and professionally executed by our retail partners. The reason for this is to help you save on shipping as we will look for the closest retailer to you in order to cut down the shipping time and costs. We try to be as green as possible.

Returns & Replacements
Melin offers a 30 day return from the date of purchase on all products ordered from www.melinbrand.com . All return items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, and be accompanied with a return authorization number. To get a return authorization number, please contact Melin Customer Service at (323) 489-3274, Monday through Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 5pm Pacific Time. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.

Melin offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after original purchase from an authorized Melin dealer. This means that if the materials in your hat aren't right or if the hat isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our option. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your hat, or beat it up and expect us to fix it for free. We don't cover normal wear and tear or sweat or water damage or, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you attempt to fix the hat on your own through any sort of cutting, bending, sewing, gluing, or any other forms of deconstruction.
